Management Team
Osprey's Management Team supervise and control the Fund's operations in their entirety. In this process, the Managing Directors are assisted by the firm's Venture Partners and Industry Expert Investors (IEIs).

David Stastny -- Managing Director
David is the firm's founder. He has built his twenty-four year technology career through his skills in private equity investing, entrepreneurship, general management, finance, marketing, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Venture Partners
Osprey's Venture Partners are not employees of the Fund, but act as "virtual partners" with regard to deal sourcing, due diligence, and value creation. Osprey's Venture Partners, due to their domain expertise and industry contacts, are treasured resources that provide the firm with a competitive advantage in the competitive venture capital marketplace.

A continued challenge facing early-stage companies is access to experienced operating and professional service advisors to provide mature insight and guidance to the portfolio companies.

Advisory Board
Osprey Ventures has recruited a respected team of value-added individuals to the Advisory Board of Directors of the Fund. This group acts as a formal board of advisors. Each of them has been selected for one or more of the following qualities:

• Having unique insights or perspectives on the software, communications and semiconductor technology marketplace
• Having unique insights or perspectives on the private equity and/or public investment marketplace
• Having the interest and skills to help our portfolio companies develop into valuable, sustainable businesses

The Advisory Board holds regular formal meetings. However, the bulk of the Advisory Board's work is the informal interactions the Fund's management has with the individual members of the Board. Selected Board members have acted as active consultants to the Fund's portfolio companies. Relevant topics for the formal Advisory Board of Director's meetings will include:

• Technology trends and emerging new technologies
• Active trends in terms of how both private and public companies are valued.
• Status of the portfolio companies
• Review of the Fund's performance
