Osprey Ventures and GKM Ventures have completed a comprehensive investment alliance, which includes joint new deal sourcing, due diligence, investment and portfolio management.
Osprey and GKM generally seek investment expansion stage portfolio companies in the broad technology sector including but not limited to: software, communications, wireless digital media, semi-conductors and IT services sector.
The Firms combined have over $120 million dollars under management in their current venture capital Funds and commonly make initial equity investments in the $1.5 to $5.0 million dollar range.
