Advisory Board

Osprey Ventures has recruited a respected team of value-added executives to the Advisory Board of Directors of the Fund. Each of them has been selected for one or more of the following qualities:

• Having unique insights or perspectives on the software, communications and semiconductor technology marketplace
• Having unique insights or perspectives on the private equity and/or public investment marketplace
• Having the interest and skills to help our portfolio companies develop into valuable, sustainable businesses

However, the bulk of the Advisory Board's work is the informal interactions the Fund's management has with the individual members of the Board. Selected Board members have acted as active consultants to the Fund's portfolio companies. Relevant topics for the formal Advisory Board of Director's meetings will include:

• Technology trends and emerging new technologies
• Active trends in terms of how both private and public companies are valued.
• Status of the portfolio companies
• Review of the Fund's performance

Ken Goldman -- Former CFO, Siebel Systems [SEBL] and formerly CFO at Excite@Home.

Jerry Newman -- Senior Managing Director, Bear Stearns

Peter Stoneberg -- Venture Partner with Bank of America Capital Investors and former Managing Director of Bank of America Securities [BAC]

Chip Vetter -- Former Managing Director and Director of Investment Banking at Banc Boston

Mark Yowe -- Senior Consultant with Spencer Stuart and former Managing Director, Heidrick & Struggles
